It’s who we are, it’s what we do

We provide all of the services you would expect from a home care provider.
But what truly differentiates us at Hibernia is that honesty and reliability are what matter most. Whether it’s for each other, or each and every one of our clients, we only make promises we can safely deliver on.
Hibernia might have been only founded in 2021, but it was founded by expert Irish carers & health and social care professionals with over 30 years of experience – people passionately dedicated to providing only the highest quality home care to individuals of all ages and abilities.

Putting carers first

At Hibernia, our carers are at the centre of everything we do. Just as you care for others, we will do the same for you.

Your wellbeing – as both an individual and as a professional – is important to us. We value the skills and ambitions of our carers and endeavour to support you every step of the way. We want you to grow and thrive in a culture that always champions honesty, integrity, communication and trust, because as a carer at Hibernia, it’s not the job that comes first, it’s you.

Who we are

At Hibernia, we look after our carers and our clients in the very same way we do our own friends and family.

By doing everything we can to support, educate and upskill our team members, we raise the quality and safety of home care. We do this because we are on a mission to change the way home care is thought of in Ireland, helping older people and those with disabilities, Dementia and Alzheimer’s to live independently in their own homes.

We look out for our community, too

We’re people people; and, being a part of our local community means everything to us.

At Hibernia, we support local groups, charities, organisations and individuals. In the same way that we want to help the people we care for to lead more independent lives, we think everyone in our community, whatever their age, deserves the opportunity to realise their potential.

Hibernia sponsors the Finglas United Football Club Under 11s team and provides them with their kit.

Speaking at the event, John Martin pictured with other volunteers and Sr Zoe Killeen, Director of the charity RESPECT said “Hibernia are delighted to have played our part in bringing Project Eden to life for the Children who will benefit so much from this vibrant outdoor sensory garden space”.
