Companionship & Social Support

Our carers can be that friendly face to pop around and provide you or your loved one with any additional support and companionship they may require.

Someone to offer an ear and a hand

Sometimes, caring is simply being someone to talk to and help you get out and about.

What our companion carers do

Our carers are compassionate, friendly people who are happy to visit to see if there’s anything you might need, or perhaps to accompany you out for some light exercise or a walk.

Who do we provide this service to?

Hibernia offers the companionship and social support to clients or their families as an add-on option to our home, respite, disability or palliative care packages, or as a standalone service on request.

If you or your loved one require more home care support than HSE funding will allow, Hibernia offers options for supplemental private in-home care. Contact us to find out more about our rates and the tax relief available.

As an add-on option to our Companionship and Social Support service, our clients can avail of palliative care, private home care services or disability care.
